About VIVAMEE Hospitality

At VIVAMEE Hospitality, our work is guided by three core virtues: Joy, Humility, and Ministry. We believe hospitality is more than a service — it's an opportunity to serve others with genuine care, to lead with humble hearts, and to find joy in the everyday moments we create for our guests and each other. These virtues shape how we treat our team members, how we grow our people, and how we build every experience across our portfolio of resorts.

This is a newly developed position supporting day-to-day HR needs across VIVAMEE Resorts, with a strong emphasis on Training & Development — this individual will be a key driver behind our company-wide certification program rollout this year. This role also provides recruiting support across the portfolio, working alongside hiring managers and the Corporate Director of People + Culture to fill open positions.

  • Maintain applicant tracking records and hiring documentation for compliance
  • Note: high-volume or property-specific recruiting may be supported by hiring managers/property leadership, with this role providing coordination and oversight

  • Serve as a go-to HR contact for employees and managers across VIVAMEE Resorts, handling day-to-day questions and requests
  • Support employee relations matters, including guidance on policy, performance, and workplace concerns, working closely with the Corporate Director of People + Culture; all high-level or complex cases (e.g., investigations, terminations, legal risk) are escalated for their review and direction
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR files across all locations
  • Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment support portfolio-wide
  • Support leave of absence processes (FMLA, ADA, state leave laws) across properties
  • Assist with workers' compensation claims reporting and coordination for all locations
  • Help ensure consistent compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across every VIVAMEE Resort
  • Travel to resort locations as needed to provide on-site HR and training support
