We’re looking for a full-time SLP to join our school-based team and support students across our partner schools while collaborating with a team that values flexibility, teamwork, and student success. Optional evening clinic hours are available if additional hours or variety are desired.

Speech Language Provider / SLP
$37.44 - $43.38/hr*
*Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, type of credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time).

Expectations:

• provide speech services that adhere to the goals and objectives found in each client's IEP or Plan of Care
• administer all necessary evaluations and assessments with written reports and Plan of Care
• keep accurate records and provide updates on progress and recommendations regarding IEPs
• communicate ongoing student/client progress to parents/guardians, general education teachers, school administration, district personnel, and other service professionals 
• maintain ongoing compliance in accordance with IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act)
• maintain a Code of Ethics in accordance with ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association)
• train in telehealth practices and platform

Minimum Requirements:

• licensed according to state mandates as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite)
• hold appropriate automobile insurance with limits that allow driving a personal vehicle for work (25/50k liability coverage)
• must clear a current background check through the BCI/FBI
• a current TB Test (within the last 12 months)

Environment & Physical Qualifications:

• Varied work environments, including classrooms, clinics, and homes
• Moderate to loud noise levels and physical demands may vary
• Working with individuals exhibiting diverse behaviors and needs
