Salary: $170,000 - 230,000 per year Requirements:

• We seek substantial experience in enterprise-level development using one or more of C++, Java, or C#.
• We expect hands-on experience with Test-Driven Development and unit testing practices.
• We need strong Python development experience.
• We value knowledge of Excel VBA and working with DLL interfaces.
• We require solid experience with SQL, including DDL and DML.
• We look for a strong interest in, and ability to troubleshoot, large distributed enterprise systems.
• Front-end development experience, whether desktop or web-based, is highly valued.
• We prefer candidates who are detail-oriented, accountable, and take pride in their work.
• Good documentation habits are important.

• We design, develop, and improve software using a range of engineering methods to deliver business, platform, and technology capabilities.
• We build high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned languages, frameworks, and tools, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• We partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements, shape solution approaches, and align delivery with business goals.
• We participate in code reviews with peers and promote code quality and knowledge sharing.
• We stay current with technology trends and contribute to our technology communities to support technical excellence and growth.
• We follow secure coding practices to reduce vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and deliver secure solutions.
• We apply effective unit testing to improve code design, readability, and reliability.
• We contribute to strategy, drive requirements, recommend changes, and support planning for resources, budgets, and policies.
• We manage and improve policies and processes, deliver continuous enhancements, and escalate policy or procedure breaches when needed.
• We advise key stakeholders and senior leaders on functional and cross-functional impacts and alignment.
