Responsibilities
- Salesforce Training & Adoption: Facilitate individual and group training on Salesforce features; build and maintain user guides, quick-reference materials, and onboarding content.
- Process Optimization: Partner with Sales SLT and Sales Operations to identify pipeline bottlenecks, recommend workflow enhancements, and gather user feedback through workshops.
- Reporting & Analytics: Build and customize reports and dashboards tracking pipeline health, rep productivity, and key sales metrics for leadership visibility.
- System & Business Support: Serve as the primary subject matter expert and first-line support for Salesforce and dashCRM users; collaborate with IT/dev teams on platform configurations.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate with Marketing, Technology, and Brand teams to ensure consistent messaging, knowledge sharing, and smooth rollouts across the sales cycle.
