Responsibilities:

• Leading the Front of House of the restaurant to ensure excellent hospitality
• Always delivering crave-able food, in a timely manner, that meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A Quality requirements
• Set the tone for always displaying positive communication and service to our guests
• Coaching the behaviors of all Leaders and Team Members who work in the Front of House
• Have a hustle that creates surprisingly fast Speed of Service
• Attention to detail that ensures procedures are followed
• Execution of systems that ensure a refreshingly clean environment
• Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food safety
• Vigilant attention to the organization and appearance of the Front of House
• Daily assign Front of House crew to positions
• Coaching, evaluating, and providing accountability for all Front of House Team Members
• Aligning daily practices of the Front of House with the Vision of the organization and with the Goals of the organization
• Responsible for team building, and coaching members of the Front of House Team

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven commitment to excellence and genuine care for others.
• Availability Monday-Saturday for full-time roles (40+ hours/week).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with team members and guests.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong background in Hospitality preferred

Chick-fil-A, Inc., Founder S. Truett Cathy started the business in 1946, when he and his brother, Ben, opened an Atlanta diner known as The Dwarf Grill (later renamed The Dwarf House®).
