Vets Securing America College Park, GA Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Vets Securing America is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to support our Vice President of Retail Operations, Branch Manager, Operations Team, Training Department, and Recruitment Team. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and applicants while providing critical administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient branch operations. Security experience is prefered.

Responsibilities

• Manage front reception desk and greet visitors professionally
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Maintain office records, files, and documentation
• Track invoices and assist with administrative reporting
• Maintain office calendars and schedules
• Manage inventory and distribute uniforms to staff
• Order office and operational supplies
• Prepare correspondence, forms, and administrative documents
• Process Georgia Online Application Licensing System (GOALS) applications
• Process SIDA Airport Badge applications
• Provide advanced clerical and operational support to management
• Communicate regularly with employees, applicants, and new hires
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3 to 5+ years of Administrative Assistant experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Professional appearance and customer service mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist across departments
• Security industry or Security Officer experience is a plus
