Randstad is currently hiring for a 1st Shift Assembler to join the MAG team in Clinton. This position operates on a Monday through Thursday schedule from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM—allowing you to enjoy a three-day weekend—with a starting pay rate of $18.00 per hour. This role requires working in a very fast-paced manufacturing environment, where you will be assembling very small automotive components roughly the size of a needle. Ideal candidates must have previous assembly experience, a proven track record of work stability, and the ability to pass a manual dexterity test during the interview process. Responsibilities
- Assembly Work: Assemble very small automotive components roughly the size of a needle.
- Pace & Environment: Work efficiently in a very fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Testing: Pass and maintain the required manual dexterity standard (tested during the interview process).
- Work Schedule: Maintain regular attendance for 1st shift operations (Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM).
